Is the solution limited to a specific geographical area?

No. Our solution adapts entirely to your fund's investment thesis. Whether you're targeting startups in Europe, North America, Asia or elsewhere, we configure our algorithms according to your geographical areas of interest.

How is LPs Invyo different from its competitors (Preqin, Pitchbook, etc.)?

Unlike traditional platforms that offer a single, fixed database for all their customers, our approach is 100% personalized. For each fund, we build a tailor-made customized database of LPs to contactbased on your specific criteria (location, strategy, investment history, ticket size, etc.).

Our technology also detects right moment to make contactby analyzing contextual signals (new fundraising, team changes, recent news...). The result: you work with truly useful data, tailored to your fundraising strategy, and which no one else has.

Do you specialize in a specific type of investor?

No, our solution covers a wide range of investors. We help you detect the profiles most relevant to your fundraising strategy, whether they be VCs, PEs, business angels, investment-ready C-levels, HNWIs (High-Net-Worth Individuals), CVCs, family offices, funds of funds, and more.
Filters are fully customizable, so you can target the right investors at the right time, depending on your thesis or the maturity of your fund.

To what extent can we customize the solution?

Total customization. We adapt the solution to your internal processes, existing tools (even those developed in-house) and analysis criteria. The aim: seamless integration from the outset, without disrupting your habits. You benefit from a tailor-made tool that integrates naturally into your technological environment.

How do you manage user roles and permissions?

You can define different levels of access according to the roles within your team (administrator, contributor, reader, etc.). Permissions are easily managed from the administrator interface, so that everyone has access only to the relevant data or functions.

How do I reset my password if I forget it?

Simply click on "Forgot your password?" on the login page. A reset email will be sent to you with a secure link to set a new password.

Can I get my account back after it's been deleted?

In some cases, recovery may be possible for a limited period after account deletion. Please contact our support team as soon as possible to discuss recovery options.

Data & safety

Do you offer the same data to all your customers?

No, because we're not a data provider. Our solution is designed to provide our customers with a technological infrastructure that enables them to exploit their own data. In this way, each customer builds his or her own data lake to generate unique insights.

What data sources can you integrate?

Invyo has the infrastructure to facilitate the flow of all types of data. We can connect to any public or private data source you require.

Are you RGPD compliant?

Yes. We are fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Security, confidentiality and transparency in the management of personal data are at the heart of our approach. All data is hosted in secure environments, and we implement the necessary best practices to ensure its protection at every stage.

Subscription & billing

How is the price of Invyo solutions calculated?

The price depends on several key factors:

  • the volume of data to be processed,
  • visit update frequency (one-off, regular or real-time),
  • the level of personalization (scoring, reporting, integration, etc.),
  • and the nature of the data soughtsome sources are more costly to collect and process than others.

Each offer is tailor-made to suit your specific needs, while optimizing costs. You pay only for the value actually created for your team.

Is my subscription automatically renewed?

Yes, the subscription is automatically renewed at the end of each period, unless you request otherwise. If you do not wish to renew your subscription, simply send us a written request 30 days before the renewal date. We will contact you to confirm the termination or modification of your subscription.

How can I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, simply send a written request to your Account Manager, in accordance with the cancellation conditions specified in your contract. Your Account Manager will confirm that your request has been processed, and will inform you of the next steps to be taken.

Is there a test period before subscribing?

Yes, we do offer a paid scoping period that allows you to use the solution in its real environment, with no commitment. This gives you the opportunity to see for yourself whether the solution meets your needs, and what to expect before committing to a full subscription. For more details on the conditions and duration of this scoping period, please do not hesitate to contact our team.

Where can I find my invoices and receipts?

All your invoices are sent to you directly by email via our system. You can access all your invoices by consulting the emails you have received. If you need assistance or can't find a specific document, don't hesitate to contact our team.

What happens if my payment fails?

In the event of a failed payment, access to the solution is temporarily suspended. However, as soon as your situation is regularized, you will immediately regain access to your solution and all your data. If you need assistance in resolving the problem, our team is available to help you.
